Synthesis of polydentate, multi metal ion sensing, unsymmetrical Schiff bases with complimented antifungal activity

چکیده

Polydentate, unsymmetrical, and multi metal ion sensing Schiff bases comprised of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde attached azomethine group at one side aromatic aldehyde linked imine on the other have been synthesized. Cumulative addition different salts solution to receptors solution, changes electronic spectra contrarily for Cu2+ ions, generation MLCT charge transfer band responsible coordination with a receptor is observed. Electrochemical data (?Ep) arrived from cyclic voltammograms suggest quasi-reversible process. The modest concentration ions required effective by sensory material calculated Ipa values observed added free sensor solutions. Inhibition zones noticed in vitro analysis two fungi, gram positive negative bacterial stains interpret that new compounds possess high antifungal activity. Binding energy calculation using molecular docking software also ascertains bustle.
